Belgian Chocolate Workshop / Hands on Activity
!! Activity in English !! After a short but super useful introduction, we will split into teams of 2 or 3 and start to temper the chocolate - in order to make it shiny and snappy! Each participant will be working with its own mold and will have to make its own chocolate shells (up to 21 per person!) then we will be cooking all together the praline filling ( milk/dark chocolate ganache - vegan & dairy free alternatives are available -) before working on mendiants. You will have the possibility to make from 5 to 15 or even 20 mendiants per person, depending on how motivated you're feeling! Following that step, you will be piping the filling inside your own shells and covering them of nice liquid chocolate, a delish! While we wait for the chocolate to harden, you will be invited to taste some real, good, hot chocolate and ask any question about chocolate making or the city of Brussels. Before each step, there will be a demonstration, so you know exactly what to do and what you have to get to! I usually write down all the recipe on the table, feel free to take a picture of them for your own records. After 2.5h you will have learned some essential chocolate making techniques, master the chocolate crystallizing process and leave the workshop with a nice golden box filled up of 35+ of your very own delicious Belgian chocolates. Whether you decide to share them or no....Enjoy!

Brussels Walking and Tasting Tour
We will be taking you to an old local bar and giving you information about the vast beer culture in Belgium. (Believe me, it is like wine tasting in France or Italy) You will get a flight of 4 Belgian beers to taste. Are you a person of sweets? Then we will jump into the land of sugar together, and you will taste fine chocolates and eat Belgian Waffle throughout the tour. Everybody who lives in Belgium (including French) knows very well that fries are from Belgium and not in France. The world knows them as French Fries. This particular tour is focused on changing your idea and never calling the name of French Fries again. Please note tastings are limited to 1 portion/1 glass of each. You may choose not to have them all, but it does not change the price. Please note it takes around 2-2.5 hours, depending on weather conditions. You will see at least 4 famous monuments located within walking distance. We will be giving information about the history of the monuments as well. Other things to note We will try to understand your taste and what you like the most and adjust all the experiences according to yours.
Chocolate appreciation experience
We'll visit 5 of the most representative chocolatiers in Belgium sampling at least 7 different pralines/truffles along the way. The tour is focused on chocolate appreciation so we'll work our way up in price and on cocoa content, understanding the reasons why prices differ so much and what makes one chocolate better than the other. You'll have the opportunity to purchase as much chocolate as you want and get a complimentary 10% discount in 2 of the shops we visit.

Tour of Flanders cycling experience
Ever wanted to test yourself how those iconic cobbled (pavé) roads are in Flanders? This route I have designed gives it`s respect to the old and new versions of Tour of Flanders. In essence we ride trough all the iconic hills and sectors from the past and present. The area we ride (Flemish Ardennes) is the backbone of probably the toughest collection of early season races on the professional circuit. This is where Van Aert, MVDP, Pocacar, etc. display their early season fitness. This ride will taste the courses of De Ronde van Vlaanderen, Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, E3 Harelbeke - The Belgian spring classics. The calm before the storm is a train ride from Brussels to Oudenaarde. A 55 minute opportunity to eat bananas, drink a coffee and last minute adjustments before the ride. It all begins at the Oudenaarde train station. This ride includes all the iconic hills found in the early season Belgium classics. To name a few: Oude Kwaremont, Paterberg, Koppenberg, Muur Van Geraardsbergen... You will be provided a Ritchey road bike, customized to your measures. Train ticket, gels, food, coffee are all included. You only need your cycling kit, shoes and (pedals). The tour ends to your residence in Brussels and I`m glad to offer you a Belgian specialty beer at the arrival. Other things to note This tour is not a competition. The aim is to give you a wonderful cycling experience.

Photogenic Brussels-Private Photoshoot Tour in Brussels
This is a perfect private Day/Night Urban Portrait Photoshoot for couples, families, friends and solo travelers! I personally really enjoy traveling and photography, so I created this experience to show you my favorite spots in the center of Brussels and make beautiful pictures of you to keep this memory forever. In this one hour shoot, we'll cover at least 4 main tourist attractions (Grand Place, Mont des arts, Palais de Justice & Royal Palace). On average about 5-minute walking between each spot. Don't worry about posing, I'll give you instructions. Don't worry about the weather, Brussels is one of a few cities that still looks great even in rain! And I've gotten a clear umbrella as a prop which can protect you from the rain too. Feel free to request a different time slot if it’s not already provided here. Feel free to bring an extra outfit. Feel free to let me know if you have a special request, I'm happy to customize the experience for you. You can expect to receive all the original pictures (about 150) on the same day and 20 edited OR 10 retouched photos within 3 days after the shoot. Our meeting point is in front of the Starbucks at Grand Place (Grand place 4, 1000 Bruxelles). I'm available for shoots in other Belgian cities too. Check out my IG for more reference photos: photogenicbrussels.
Brussels through its comics murals - Tintin, Asterix, Smurfs
As you might not know Belgium is not only famous for its waffles, beers and chocolate but also for being the cradle of the 9th Art : comics (known as "bande dessinée -BD" in French). Never heard of Tintin, The Smurfs, Lucky Luke, Astérix, ... ? To commemorate the link between Belgium and comics, 50ish murals have been painted throughout Brussels' center since the 90's (and a few more a bit outside of it). So together we will discover Brussels’ center throughout the visit of some of those comics murals/paintings. I will give you some short explanations on each of them and will answer your questions if you are curious on the subject. Of course there will be many other points of attention along the way like buildings, squares, and street art. If interested I can also give you my inner opinion and some tips for your next visits (bars, restaurants, museums...) . As the tour is not a 5 hours tour, please don't expect to see all the comics murals that are quite widespread in the city and to receive long historical explanations on each buildings that we will encounter. It's not a historical tour, others do that better than I could :-) The point of this experience is to discover a part of Belgian comics culture/history and to show you -through a selection of comics murals- some streets and neighborhoods you probably would not have visited on your own...
