A food tour with a difference! Learn about the various cultural and culinary influences that have shaped the Vietnamese diet over hundreds of years. You will follow the journey of rice from the paddy field to the authentic noodle ‘factory’, before following its paths to the local market where you can see it sold and sample the noodles in the authentic market setting. Likewise, visit a bean sprout producer and learn about this ancient tradition before seeing them for sale on local stalls. You’ll also sample rice cakes with Mung bean curd, local deserts freshly cooked in market stalls. Later in the tour meet one of the few sellers of Chinese sesame soup and learn about the history of this interesting family, before sampling Banh Mi and admiring the French influence. Lastly, try a Vietnamese coffee! On the way learn about Family Shrines and traditions as well as a host of other fascinating facts about our wonderful city.

Kit’s informative workshop will give you the opportunity to get hands on with the farm-to-cup process; learn about our green beans sourcing; discover coffee’s flavors because there’s more to coffee than just bitterness. Last but not least, you will learn how to choose beans and brew a good coffee back home while we enjoy a good talk and of course, taste our coffees along the way. She'll showcase her passion for delicious coffee and celebrate its capacity to always bring people together. We love this industry and are so excited to share a piece of the Third Wave’s outstanding coffee scene. Our team will come to pick you up at your place in Da Nang and take you to the first destination of the journey, Fishermen's Village. There, we will hear the fisher man's stories about their daily routine, how to make traditional basketboat and why basketboats are so popular here Following destination, we will travel over the winding trails lead to view point to see Da Nang from high. During the journey, you will be able to capture some epic panoramic pics of the city from the mountain. We will assure that you are going to have your best view for your Insta..gram pictures If you love wildlife, this will be a good news for you, we might be able to see some small monkeys on the way to secluded cliff on the mountain. We will meet at an open space by the beach, near Son Tra mountain. There, I will provide water and brief you on what your experience will be like. We will start by visiting Buddhist temple where the spectacular 67m Goddess of Mercy faces the ocean. You will learn about Vietnamese religion and hear Buddhist stories. After that, we will venture the Monkey Mountain Pass to a secluded cliff to see the magnificent landscape of Son Tra Have a break, try a home made burger or snack under the shades of palm trees The following destination is Ban Co Peak, the summit of the mountain. This is an absolutely amazing place to get epic panoramic photos of the city below and the sea at the same time Then, we will go to a former U.S. Army heliport before finding a resting spot on a hill where is known as paragliding take off point. If we are lucky, we might see some pilots soaring by the ridge There is a special spiece of primate that resides on the Peninsula, aka Red-Shanked-Douc Langur. The most beautiful and mysterious one. Spotting them in their natural habitat is sign of good fortune. All gopro for filming and safety gear will be provided. You will experience the flight with our professional pilots over the sea, over the ocean. The feeling of freedom from the ground will amaze you. End of the flight, we come to land at a beautiful beach where the fishermen's village is. We end the trip at where we start. There are lot of photo stop when you walk through to nine flower garden, Linh Ung temple with 27 meter Buddha statue Then we will pick up a short cable car to the top of the mountain, walking in French-style building and visit Linh Phong temple, Tru Vu tea house… Lunch is on your own, In the afternoon visit to Fantasy indoor game, the biggest indoor game in South East Asia. There are some funny experience like 4D film, 5D film, dinosaur park, the ghost room… to relax yourself before we drive you back to the hotel

Tour Itinerary: 05:30-5:45 am: Picking up visitors from hotels in Hoi An and departing for My Son Sanctuary. 06:30-6:45 am: Arriving at My Son Sanctuary, buy entrance ticket and start visiting the sanctuary. 6:45 – 8:45 am: Visiting the various groups of Hindu temple-towers. The guide who has a great passion with Champa Culture and has spent many years to research about it will convey his deep knowledge of My Son Sanctuary to all travelers. Guests will take pictures of the monuments without worrying photo bombs, beat the crowds and the extreme heat that may hit the valley at the middle of the day. After meeting at Not Pop gallery we will begin we will explore different mediums including spray paint and acrylic paint as a means to producing our own street art pieces later on. Participants will spend a short time sketching ideas in the studio before we head out into the public space to paint a mural together in an area where there are many other public paintings... You can see some of the big new murals that got painted at Nam Jam Mural Festival! Please message me so we can arrange a time suitable to you. Other things to note: Bring a water bottle and a hat as we will be working outside, even though mostly in the shade. Please also bring any sketch or drawing you have that you may want to paint on a wall during the workshop!
