The ride we provide in this experience takes place through the woods and along the coastline of João Darens, called by many "the last green spot where the woods kiss the ocean". Two easy steps to enjoy this experience : we will send you the coordenates when you book the experience and we will meet you there with the horses, ready to go! Other things to note: I am a horse lover therefore I have an animal friendly policy, my horses don't use any metal bits on their mouths, unless they are still in training, only work two hours a day five days a week and my guests must be under 90kg. No experience with horses is required as no trots or canters are involved in this scenic ride.

Tour: We start in Marina de Lagos, on board a catamaran. We leave the Harbor of Lagos (Marina de Lagos), and along the way we do a little briefing to teach/remind you how to maneuver the kayak, explain all the instructions about how to behave on the water, and what you can expect during the sightseeing. You leave the boat already seat on the kayak and the catamaran will be by your side to support everybody in case you want to come back for any reason. In the kayak tour, the guide will provide detailed information about the beaches, caves, and curious shapes in the rock formations. At the end of the tour, we come back to the catamaran with the kayaks to relax a few minutes, jump on the water and swim around the boat. For the Tour, we need 2 hours and 30 minutes - from leaving the harbor to coming back again. This activity depends on the weather and Sea Conditions. If is not safe I can cancel the Tour. You can leave your mobile or camera on the support boat if you think is not safe on the kayak. The Kayaks are double, you can share the effort.

Your Dolphin Watching Experience will begin at the Marina de Lagos. Firstly checking in at the BomDia Boat Trip office opposite the Pontoon entrance. A member of our crew will then take you down to the boat that you will be travelling on and arrange the life jackets. A safety briefing and also a trip description will be given by one of the crew as you set off down the river. This boat trip is one and a half hours round trip in search of wild dolphins and any other wild animals that we may be lucky enough to see. Once out of the river we will then speed up on the ocean and commence our search, we do have hot spots and feeding areas that we check but these beautiful wild animals can be anywhere. Once we find the Dolphins our professional crew will respectfully allow the Dolphins to approach and also answer any questions that you may have regarding the particular species you are seeing or any other species you may have questions about. You are free to leave your seats and move around the boat, taking pictures and soaking up the beautiful experience. When it is time to leave back to land, everyone will be seated again for the journey back to the Marina. Our crew will be very happy to talk more once back in the river about any questions you have or ways you can help retain the environment for these beautiful animals. Other things to note In high season please ensure you wear sunscreen and allow plenty of time to reach the meeting point. In the low season please ensure you wear appropriate clothing (jacket or extra jumper) as it can be a bit chilly. Sun screen is recommended in low season too.

A Surf day at the Salty Wave Surf School begins with our Surf-Van pick you up at predetermined spot in the lagos área. Depending on the winds, tides and swell size, we'll choose a surf spot that suits the day's conditions and is best for learning. After arriving to the surf spot, we'll grab our gear from the van and head to the sand to get our wetsuits on. The surf session begins with a warm up, introduction of the beach and ocean conditions, surf materials, and safety rules. We will also practice some techniques and pop-ups on the sand. We know you want to go surfing and it is time to show us in the water what you've learned at the sand. Our experience includes 2:30 hours of surfing including, warmup, safety briefing, wetsuit and surfboard and beach transfer if you in Lagos area. We promise you that you will catch waves on your first session! Get ready for an amazing surf experience! Other things to note The cliente should be aware that Surfing is a very demanding sport , it is strictly required to follow the instructions of their teacher. Lesson Structure: Part 1-Land Lesson: Lessons start on the beach with thirty minutes of instruction and practice. Students learn techniques for paddling, standing, falling, dodging and selecting waves along with surfer's etiquette, stretching and much more. Part 2-Water Surf Lesson: After students have learned the techniques on land, we move into the ocean!! During this time the instructor will push and coach students into waves, tell students what they are doing right, or wrong so they are surfing on their own by the end of the lesson. Departing from Faro we will cruise through Ria Formosa towards the Atlantic Ocean in Ocean Vibes boat - “One Vibe”. Two marine biologists will guide you in this experience and search for Cetaceans (Dolphins and whales) as well as other marine wildlife. During this tour, you will also see different species of marine birds and sometimes sharks & turtles! This is a unique chance to see those incredible animals in the wild but also to learn more about them with experienced marine biologists. You will have the opportunity to learn how we collect data for research and get to know more about our Dolphin & whale projects. This activity lasts for +-2h30, however, to protect the animals from stress, we can only stay with each pod of dolphins for a maximum of 30 minutes at a time. A total of 8 people can join the activity at the same time, providing a unique familiar experience far from mass tourism. The most sighted dolphin species are the common dolphins & bottlenose dolphins. On the other hand, the most sighted whales are the Minkes and Fin whales. While we always do our best to find whales, we can only guarantee 96% chance of seeing dolphins at the moment - we do not sell whale watching tours (even thought we see them on a weekly basis). Wir treffen uns vor Sonnenaufgang am ALBANDEIRA BEACH, um unsere Ausrüstung zu holen und bei einem Kaffee die Sicherheitsunterweisung durchzuführen. Nachdem wir auf das Meer gegangen sind um den Sonnenaufgang zu sehen, werden wir mit der Erkundung der Höhlen beginnen. Wir legen an unterschiedlichen Höhlen und Stränden, wie dem Marinhas Beach, an, bevor die kommerziellen Reisen und Motorboote kommen. In den schönsten Höhlen werden wir an Land gehen und genügend Zeit für die Erkundung der Höhlen und Fotos haben. Auf dem Rückweg halten wir an weiteren Höhlen und Stränden, wo wir uns Zeit nehmen werden, um die Aussicht zu genießen, zu schwimmen oder zu entspannen, das liegt ganz bei Ihnen. Wir starten so früh, da der Sonnenaufgang den Klippen und Felsen eine besondere Farbe verleiht und wir so die Möglichkeit haben die Strände und das Wasser für uns alleine zu haben, abseits vom Massentourismus. Zudem ist zu dieser Zeit das Wasser sehr ruhig, ohne dass Boote in den Höhlen Wellen schlagen. Die meisten Höhlen sind nur per Kajak zu erreichen und ich zeige Ihnen Höhlen, die sonst niemand erkundet! Nachdem wir die Tour beendet haben, können wir uns am ALBANDEIRA BEACH ausruhen und ein Picknick mit portugiesischem Brot, Aufschnitt für Sandwiches, saisonales Obst und Gemüse und Kaltgetränken genießen. Die Tour ist für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene möglich.

À chegada, todos os clientes e instrutores terão de seguir as normas de distanciamento social e de higiene, incluindo o uso de máscara e desinfeção das mãos. Antes de entrarmos para a água, os clientes podem retirar as suas máscaras, pois estarão isolados na sua prancha. O passeio inicia-se com uma breve aula na praia e após todos estarem equipados, entramos na água e começamos a treinar a remada. Quando todos já estão confortáveis, começamos o passeio pela costa, explorando as falésias, praias escondidas e grutas que existem na costa de Albufeira.
