The cooking experience will start off with short story of how chef vita learn how to cook vegan food from his mentor Jah-vita when he was growing up in trelawny, then there will be the start of the first cooking class that's how to spice veggies and nuts to make a meal without cooking it..and that's call raw food..the class two is how to cook vegan/ital food by the river...meals and juices will be provided after all class .then feel free to go for a swim in the river and relax in nature.

Only 1 water tube ride for approx. 15-20 minutes (approx. 2 miles). Extra rides is $25US pp. Your adventure starts when you arrive at the Ocho Rios Bay Marina. Once there, you’ll be greeted by a Splash Time Water Sports representative. You will hop on a water tube pulled by a speedboat for a thrilling ride (you control the speed) as you head north to the natural mineral pool. Then, Arrive at Mahogany Beach. Relax & vibe to reggae tunes (beach chairs $5). Swim and bathe in a natural mineral pool known for its healing powers. A bar & grill is available. Additional watersports (parasailing, kayaks, ect.) are available for a fee. When finished, you’ll cruise back to the marina on a boat while listening to a narrated tour about the Ocho Rios coastline.

You'll be picked up from your Airbnb or Hotel in Montego Bay, Jamaica, by your personal driver and guide Trevone who will take you to the Mystical Luminous Lagoon where you will be greeted with a complimentary rum/fruit punch. After the sun sets you'll take a group boat ride on the bioluminescent lagoon to see the water's illumination as the boat disturbs the microscopic organisms inhabiting the lagoon. As your boat approaches the center of the lagoon, your captain will tell you about the folklore around swimming in the lagoon. Then you’ll have a chance to slip into the lagoon, which is less than 5 feet deep: with every move you make you will be in AWE! You'll even notice fish swimming around with a neon blue glow around them. The water around the lagoon is surprisingly warm and not very deep, where you can go swimming, the depth ranges from 5 to 6 feet deep. After exploring this Jamaican natural wonder, you'll be transferred to your hotel/Airbnb in Montego Bay. Your adventure starts when you arrive at the Ocho Rios Bay Marina, you’ll be greeted by a Splash Time Water Sports representative. Then, the fun will start. While on the boat, take in the scenery from the sea & learn about Ochie as you make our way to the snorkeling location, about 5 minutes up the sea. Once you arrive, you'll receive snorkeling & safety instructions from your lifeguard whom will snorkel with you & give you a tour of the sea. You’ll see tropical fish (feed them from your palm), find beautiful coral reefs, like, fire coral and brain coral that inhabit Jamaica’s sea. After snorkeling, enjoy a cruise to Lover’s Cave for a sneak-peek or a quick swim to explore, then sail over to Mahogany beach to dry in the sun or take a dip into the mineral pool. Once completed, you’ll return to the marina and back to your original pickup point.

The Culinary Blue Mountain Trail is a fun and beautiful day hike. We begin the journey in Kingston and start the day at a beautiful restaurant overlooking the Blue Mountains where you have the option to purchase breakfast. After breakfast we will visit the coffee farm where you will learn all about Blue Mountain coffee and why it is one of the most expensive coffees in the world. Very interesting and informative tour where you can taste the best coffee in the world. We then continue to the next stop for a short (1 hour) nature walk, also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After the hike we will have another coffee break with a beautiful view to take photos from the viewpoint. If you love nature and coffee, then this tour is for you. Note the Food, Drinks & Entrance is not included in the price. We'll be going through how artisanal chocolate is made from bean to bar, using some of the finest cocoa in the world. In our award winning production kitchen you'll get into hairnets and aprons as we show you how we work with farmers to harvest the beans and ferment them before we show you how we transform it into chocolate. We'll then sample some of our different bars so you can see how different chocolate tastes depending on the variety of cocoa and where it's grown on the island. Other things to note We're an allergy-free kitchen. We can arrange transport to the chocolate kitchen.

One of our professional and knowledgeable driver will Pick you up from your hotel/Airbnb and take you to Lethe rafting village. We will journey into the hills of Hanover to the small village of Lethe, where you’ll find the perfect combination of land and water. With picturesque views from the hills to the tranquil and refreshingly cool water of the magnificent Great River, Lethe will create memories to last a lifetime. Sit back and relax as you make your way down the river on a beautiful hand-crafted bamboo raft. During your river journey, experience a natural foot rub from your Raft Captain using limestone paste made from the river rocks,locally known as 'Jungle socks. This is an experience you can't afford to mist while in Jamaica. Also once you enter the amount of persons in your group you will get a discount on your tour.

This nature excursion is unique because it is in our home. You will meet my family and all the birds living in the wild who make our garden their home. We'll start with a welcome and brief history of how a cliff turned into a botanical garden. This is followed by a guided visit of the terraced garden with hundreds of tropical plants. At the end you will then visit the gallery and gift shop where all items are made on site. This helps us to provide jobs for members of the community presently employed here. Our guests are then encouraged to stroll the garden on their own taking pictures and visit my partner in his studio as he paints. We are both educators, so the history of Jamaica and Rastafarians are shared with interested guests. Each guest is given a complimentary juice depending on the fruit in season. You can purchase an optional Jamaican lunch which is cooked to order. The lunch is not included in the entry and may be paid on property when you order. Amateur and professional photographers can spend hours in the garden as the subjects are numerous. There are optional art classes with my partner as the instructor. You may arrive as a guest but when you leave you will feel like you have spent the time with family and friends. Other things to note Bring a camera, wear sandals or sneakers, no high heals.

Enjoy the lovely ambience that nature has to offer while cruising privately through some of the rural parts of Jamaica. Go for a horseback ride on the shores of the Caribbean Sea then through a wood Forrest and experience the excitement that comes with this adventurous activity. After all is said and done we will then traverse into the parish of St Ann to the famous Dunn's River Falls to take on our next adventure climbing from bottom to top leaving your mark in the country with the experience of a lifetime.

The activity will take place at the Art of Motivation Inc. Limited In the space the participants can view my art gallery and learn about my art journey as a Jamaican Creative. Then they we will paint a picture together. All the art supplies: artboard, apron, brushes, paint etc. will be laid out for the session. Persons will follow step by step instructions on how to create the piece of artwork. They are encouraged to tap into their own creative space to create a unique piece of art that will help them to connect with and remember their visit to Jamaica. I will provide guidance and feedback to each personally individually as we go along. During the session, we will have story time, where I share my stories and inspirational insights on being a creative in Jamaica and my journey to painting my life beautifully. At the end, the participants will take away their completed artwork.

With its cascading waterfalls, golden sand & azure sea, Laughing Waters beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Jamaica. This property is only accessible by sea. Your adventure starts when when you arrive at the Ocho Rios Bay Marina. You’ll be greeted by a Splash Time Water Sports representative. Then, you’ll take a boat ride to the location as your Captain shares interesting facts about Ocho Rios & it’s connections to “James Bond” movies. At the Laughing Waters location, take a swim, bathe, or climb the falls, or relax on the beach & vibe to the cool sounds of the sea. For the return trip, take in the spectacular views of the shoreline as we make our way back to the marina. But before you get there, enjoy a stop to visit the dolphins. You may bring your own snacks & drinks and don’t forget to bring your camera & waterproof bag and shoes.
