You’ll be welcome in my historical house in the centre of Milan with an amazing view over the city from a terrace luxuriant of flowers and trees. You’ll eat the delicious dishes you prepared: pasta, ravioli, tiramisù that come with an excellent wine and limoncello prepared with my own terrace’s lemons. I will reveal you all the secrets about tagliatelle and the famous ravioli so that you will go back home as an authentic Italian chef. What about bringing a very sweet memory from Italy, one that will always be in your heart? THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. Of course, after cooking, we'll enjoy what we have prepared in a simple Italian meal all together with complimentary wine and coffee ;) ps: If you are a group or you don't see availability you can try to reach out to me for dinner or other dates.

The class is intended to be as professional as relaxed as possible. We will learn how to prepare 3 typical dishes of italian tradition (main course, starter and dessert), for example gnocchi or tagliatelle or risotto, tiramisù, bruschetta or parmigiana. Partecipants will be able to deal with all preparations assisted by me, ask questions and take notes ending with a dinner matched with good italian wines. All recipes will come along with the class, so everybody joining will be able to recreate all preparations at home for family and friends.

We’ll take you around Milan to discover the most beautiful streets, local places and many hidden gems of the city. We will visit the city center discovering many secrets and uncommon places just around the Duomo. All the things we'll see are our favorites: small narrow streets, special architecture, private courtyards and a picturesque coffee shop. All these are the places where the real Milanese goes and experience every day, surrounding themselves with beauty and “bella vita”. Ci troveremo davanti alla Chiesa di Argegno per poi imbarcarci dal pontile privato. Ospiteremo un massimo di 10 partecipanti, per cui se non trovi posto direttamente contattaci. Lentamente inizieremo a navigheremo Verso l' isola Comacina, passando i villaggi di Colonno e Sala Comacina, ci fermeremo nel canale dell' Isola, davanti al Villaggio di Ossuccio. Durante il Boat Party con musica e open bar vi offriremo ottimo Prosecco, avremo a disposizione anche soft drink e acqua. Ascolteremo musica e balleremo, si potrà nuotare e avere momenti di piacevole convivialità tipica italiana. Prima del rientro passeremo davanti a Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella e Villa Balbiano, per poi fare rientro ad Argegno. Questa esperienza è dedicata a persone che hanno voglia di stare insieme e divertirsi in serenità e buon umore, senza nessun tipo di eccesso.

Milano is my hometown, my goal is to give you an introduction to my beloved city, making you feel the real Milanese culture. During the tour, me and my local experts co - hosts will guide you through the most beautiful and fascinating streets and squares of the city, telling you interesting stories and anecdotes about Milan and its people (if you want to know all the history and art in detail, the time and price would be different, in this case you should take professional guide) But it doesn't end there! THIS IS A FRIENDLY COOKING EXPERIENCE. You'll be welcomed into a typical Italian home for a traditional meal with a local, where you'll learn how to make Sicilian and Northern Italian homemade pasta. I'll share with you my grandmother and my family's secrets for easily preparing 3 types of delicious homemade pasta: tortelli and other typical kinds of pasta with wheat flour (with gluten and eggs or water; NO GLUTEN FREE!). And, Dulcis in fundo (last but not least), we will make my special tiramisù with Sicilian ingredients. We will spend a great time together to cooking, eating, drinking, chatting, laughing, sharing stories, and particularly talk about food, which is one of our favorite topics in Italy. Ti insegnerò tutti i trucchi e i metodi per creare ricette tradizionali italiane a base di pasta! Pasta fatta in casa come spaghetti, tagliatelle o ravioli. Cucineremo insieme, ci divertiremo accompagnati da un bicchiere di buon vino o birra, e alla fine ci gusteremo il nostro sfizioso menù, creato e pensato per voi, miei ospiti. Tra chiacchiere e risate, ci scambieremo idee, opinioni, sui nostri piatti preferiti, vi racconterò aneddoti e tante storie su Milano e sulla mia terra, la Sicilia, e tante storie che sno sicura non conosci! Quello che offro è un corso per apprendere come realizzare alcuni piatti tipici della nostra splendida Italia. Prepareremo insieme la pasta fresca, nei formati tradizionali delle varie regioni italiane: le tagliatelle all’uovo emiliane, le rinomate orecchiette pugliesi, i cavatelli molisani e per chi desidera sperimentare ed assaggiare qualcosa di veramente unico, ci cimenteremo nei culurgiones sardi (una pasta fresca ripiena, chiusa ad arte, con una farcitura di patate, pecorino e menta) Ci sarà da divertirsi! E mentre lavoriamo, degusteremo un delizioso aperitivo a base di buon vino (o in alternativa una bevanda analcolica) e salame nostrano...e poi tutti a tavola per l’assaggio! Come dolce realizzeremo la torta paesana, detta anche torta di pane: tipica della tradizione povera lombarda brianzola, che veniva cucinata dalle mamme e dalle nonne per le feste di paese e rionali, oppure il più popolare tiramisu’ o ancora il salame al cioccolato. Tornerai a casa orgoglioso di te!
