Wonderful winetasting experience in one of Italy's smallest wineries. You will be tasting four different wines and you will learn how they are made: - Mancius red wine IGT - Umbrone red wine IGT - White wine Umbria IGT - One red or white passito. You may also take a stroll in the vineyard.

Visit of the new winery of Via della Stella, including a wine tasting. We will have a nice walk through the olive grove and the vegetable garden, accompanied by Chiara or a collegue. We will then take you to the new cellar where you will feel the place where our wines come to life. The modernity of the equipment combined with the charm of the old farmhouse make it a unique and authentic experience. Followed by the tasting of wines and a small tasting of typical products of our land.

We will cook the traditional dishes of Tuscany, Umbria, and Lazio together. Vegetarians or vegans can be accommodated. Our courses will be rich in flavor and taste and are very genuine, mostly using produce and herbs harvested from the garden. Lessons will be based on authentic cuisine taught to us by our moms and grandmothers. The recipes will be seasonal, because this area offers excellent culinary products. To start, I'll present the raw ingredients that we will use. We will start with a nice welcome snack or breakfast Rosso Montepulciano house wine, coffee, water included in the price. Then I'll show you different techniques for hand-making noodles, pies, dumplings, stuffed pasta, and pizza. You'll learn techniques for sauces, roasting, and different types of cooking. Then we'll all sit together at a table and celebrate our preparations with a wonderful five-course dinner immersed in nature. Other things to note We organize transfers.

Hello, Im not a professional chef, so this experience wont be professional, but will be professionally managed. Everyone will take place to the preparation of the dishes from the scratch to the end. The aim of this experience is to spend some time in an umbrian country house cooking with me in an informal environment. After we'll consume all together the meal in a joyful conversation with a glass of wine per course. The day after you will receive the recipes file. We will prepare together 2 kinds of pasta and a dessert to pick from the list below. Hai mai partecipato ad una degustazione di olio? Potrai entrare nel mondo dell'olio e vivere l'esperienza come un frantoiano! Siamo nel cuore della zona di produzione della Dop Umbria Colli Martani. La famiglia Petasecca Donati custodisce questo frantoio a ridosso delle mura del borgo di Bevagna dal 1962 producendo olio extra vergine di oliva e oggi Marco lo produce con sistema di estrazione a freddo grazie ai macchinari più all'avanguardia. Durante la visita scoprirai come viene prodotto l'olio e quali sono le sue caratteristiche e curiosità. Poi sarai invitato al piano superiore nell'elegante sala degustazioni a tema oliva per assaporare i tre tipi di olio evo prodotti in abbinamento a delle bruschette e prodotti tipici, accompagnandoli con un buon calice di vino locale. Scegli questa esperienza e aiuterai chi ha scelto di tutelare il paesaggio nel solco delle grandi tradizioni italiane.

In base alla stagione, nascono tartufi diversi , l'esperienza è quella di camminare in piena sicurezza insieme ai miei cani di razza bracco pointer Lea e Lord in diversi luoghi alla ricerca del tartufo. Altre cose da tenere a mente La raccolta dei tartufi è particolare, va in base al periodo dell'anno e alla stagionalità e alle condizioni climatiche, quindi l'esperienza può variare per ritrovamenti e luoghi di cammino.

Ci troveremo in scuderia e inizieremo un introduzione conoscitiva sui cavalli che monterete , la cura e la pulizia . Dopo aver preparato i cavalli partiremo in passeggiata con loro attraverso le bellissime colline della Valdichiana, attraverso boschi , uliveti e vigneti di una tenuta bellissima tipica della Toscana, che rende questa vista unica in tutto il mondo, stradine a sterro sinuose e affascinanti contornate da alti e verdissimi cipressi. Altra cosa da tenere a mente , in caso di maltempo la passeggiata dovrà essere disdetta o spostata , verrete contattati la mattina prima della passeggiata.

Guests will do a tutored tasting of the wines that are produced at Chiesa del Carmine. Wine and olive oil will be matched with our truffle products, homemade focaccia, local meat, cheese and vegetables from our garden. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements and we will try to accomodate your needs. (I recommend that you should not eat before the tasting!) Walk maps of the valley can be provided upon request and visitors are welcome to stay after the tasting and enjoy a walk around the farm. I Cipressi Winery Vieni a scoprire i paesaggi di Montepulciano attraverso il tour - degustazione della nostra azienda! Insieme visiteremo i vigneti adiacenti all'azienda, per vedere da vicino come nasce la magia del nostro lavoro. Il tour proseguirà nel cuore della cantina dove potrai conoscere e vedere ogni aspetto del processo di vinificazione e affinamento. Infine degusteremo i vini accompagnati da prodotti tipici locali. Avrai non solo modo di assaggiare i nostri vini, ma imparerai anche le differenze delle varie tipologie!

I have selected 3 of my usual best rides of different difficulty levels. 1)' The Montefalco valley ring' is a peaceful ride in the valley which the stable overlooks. After leaving the barn, we will ride through country roads and wine yards. It is a 90-minute ride totally in the green, passing by two-three famous wine houses in the area. Level intermediate. 2) 'The Casale ride' implies riding uphill and reaching Casale's tiny village where the horses enjoy freshwater. It is a 120-minute ride on all country roads, with two asphalt roads to cross, and requires more skills than the previous. Advanced level. 3) The Sanctuary is the most intense ride instead, advisable for very skilled and experienced guests. We will primarily be trotting on Bevagna's hills crest. After leaving the barn, we will also have to be on one asphalt road (open to local traffic). Horses will have to get uphill on the crest of the surrounding hills. Getting to the Sanctuary and enjoying the silence and the view is really worth it. The riding time is about 150/180 minutes. Expert level. NOTE: This experience unfits beginners or those who have too limited experience. They will surely enjoy my other experience "Horseback ride in the Natural Way", instead.

La mia azienda si trova nella campagna di Assisi sulle pendici del Monte Subasio dove potrai godere di una splendida vista della valle sottostante. Ti accompagnerò in un giro delle vigne e poi della cantina dove ti spiegherò il processo produttivo e le differenze tra un vino biologico ed uno convenzionale . Dopo di chè assaggerai i vari vini abbinati a bruschette con il nostro olio extra vergine di oliva biologico e pomodoro fresco, una selezione di formaggi tipici e salumi locali con le nostre confetture ed infine i tozzetti della mamma , tipici biscotti umbri, con il vino dolce. Nel frattempo ti racconterò la storia e la filosofia che c'è dietro ogni vino e riceverai infine un diploma di Apprendista Vignaiolo! Ti posso aiutare anche con il servizio di trasporto per e dalla cantina. Altre cose da tenere a mente Siamo a soli 5 km dal centro città di Assisi e quindi a meno di 10 minuti di auto. Possiamo organizzare il trasporto se desiderate. E' un' esperienza per tutti.

When it comes to horses, the world of humans parts in two, those who just want to ride them and those instead who want to understand them to better love them, communicate with them and lead them. If you are in the second kind of people, you will love this experience. "Hit the valleys" gives you a unique chance to take your first step in the world of "horse-man-ship". You will establish sincere and trustworthy communication with these fantastic animals according to the Pat Parelli natural approach training principles in which my horses have been educated. You will meet me at the stables, get to know my equine family, help me saddle the horses up and move to the arena to get the feel with the horse which will be assigned to you. In this phase (1 hour), you will be exposed to the basics of the Parelli natural approach, and you will have to work with the horse on the ground and do what you will have seen doing with mine. The second phase (1 hour) is when you mount the horse, adjust your posture, balance, learn the concept of pressure, and realize how well you can apply the previous instruction. Time to go then to ... naturally hit the valleys. We will saddle the horses off on our way back, take good care of them as they have done with us, and feed them. Finally, we will relax on rocking chairs, enjoying a beer and our horse chats :-)

Vi proponiamo un aperitivo nel nostro oliveto, a poche centinaia di metri dallo splendido lago di Bolsena. Avrete occasione di passare qualche ora immersi nella natura tra i nostri olivi secolari, veri e propri monumenti naturali del territorio. Vi faremo conoscere la nostra tecnica di coltivazione raccontandovi ogni passo necessario alla produzione del nostro olio EVO "Cisterna31". Faremo poi una degustazione dell'olio, scoprendo i sapori e gli odori caratteristici della cultivar Caninese. Infine, assaggeremo alcuni dei migliori prodotti caratteristici della Tuscia tra cui salumi, formaggi, ortaggi, legumi, pesce di lago, vino e naturalmente pane e olio!

At each winery, we will talk about the different production methods and the history of the family, and of course, we will flavor their best wines along with some typical food.
