We will meet at the "Angel de Independencia" between early morning to escape the city chaos. Our group will have private comfortable transportation. We will stop for an early breakfast in Actopan, a city halfway to our destination. The day is divided into three parts. Pool Tranquility: Start your day relaxing a while in the “pocitos”; naturally warm thermal pools that provide astounding views that soothe & clear the body and mind –perfect for “the gram.” River Relaxation: Next, the turquoise-colored river is well-managed and is naturally warm due to the thermal springs, a complete relaxing experience. Lunch will be alongside the river (weather permitting). Cave Exploration: Finally, you will see awe-inspiring waterfalls and unexpected adventure that our guests have described as “life changing.” We will head out by 5:30PM arriving between 9-10:00PM, full of new experiences and photos to share with envious family/friends. We will sail on canoe through the most conserved channels of Xochimilco wetland. During the tour, we will tell you about the history of the place and its importance to the sustainability of Mexico City. In your way, you will recognize the biological richness like birds, snakes, frogs and plants. We will arrive at a chinampa where you can get your hands dirty experiencing the ancestral technique of cultivation and discovering why it is considered a world heritage. Also, you will get involve in the diary activities in the chinampa like crop irrigation, harvest or seeding. Before going back to land, you will have time to relax and enjoy the peace of the place. This is a cultural tour that helps to promote the community development.
Make tacos al pastor with a chef
During this experience, you will learn to cook the famous "tacos al pastor" with my dad, a professional instructor and culinary artist, who will share his tips and recipes with you. We'll meet at the local market to buy ingredients and learn more about Mexican spices and food. Then we'll return to my family home, where you will learn how to marinate the meat for the tacos. You will prepare red salsa, green salsa, and guacamole, and make your own tortillas on the traditional Mexican "Comal"—a smooth, flat griddle. At the end, we'll put everything together to make the tacos, sit and enjoy what you have prepared, and learn a little more about Mexican gastronomy. Paso 2) Estampar una palabra, y/o calar una figura, y/o soldar un elemento. a) Puedes estampar alguna palabra o frase con los cinceles que ya tengo b) Puedes calar una figura directamente en la banda c) Puedes soldar algún elemento: un corazón, una estrella, una luna, etc. El elemento lo puedes calar tu mismo, o usar uno de los que ya tengo El elemento puede ser de otro metal: cobre o latón Paso 3) Doblar la banda y soldar la unión del anillo. Paso 4) Redondear y ajustarlo. Paso 5) Lijar, pulir y dar brillo. El acabado puede ser: brillo o mate. Si alguno de estos proceso es muy difícil para ti, yo puedo hacerlo. We start with a short simple tasting to introduce you to the basics of the spirit then before you know it, you'll be layering flavours and building the cocktail of your dreams based on your own tastes and choices, all whilst mastering some cheeky tricks of the trade along the way. For the doubters out there who're not sure whether or not they even like mezcal... let us help you fall in love, you won't be dissappointed! And for those who prefer the virgin alternative, we can happily guide you through the creation of delicious mocktails instead. The entire Experience takes place in our beautiful, purpose-designed private bar, Salón Rosario, in the charismatic and central neighbourhood of Roma Norte. We will arrive at a chinampa where you can get your hands dirty experiencing the ancestral technique of cultivation and discovering why it is considered a world heritage. Also, you will get involve in the diary activities in the chinampa like crop irrigation, harvest or seeding. Before going back to land, you will have time to relax and enjoy the peace of the place. This is a cultural tour that helps to promote the community development.

Caminata, tacos de carnitas y compras en Coyoacán
We will walk the quietest street in Coyoacan, Francisco Sosa St., to enjoy at slow motion the place that was selected 500 years ago by Hernán Cortés to initiate Mexico's conquest, as we see the original architecture with huge gardens along the street to enjoy a fresh hike. Then we will have our lunch at tacos de carnitas Venadito with a beer. Finally we will go shopping to Oasis to get you a dessert or coffee. Details are as follows: 1. We will meet at Fuente de los Coyotes (fountain) in Jardin Centenario. 2. We will start walking through Francisco Sosa street to show you buildings that have been there since XVII century and explain you the history of those places. 3. We will reach Casa de Cultura Jesús Reyes Heroles and see Frida and Diego statues, enjoy peaceful huge gardens and let you have a little break. 4. We will resume our walk outside at Parque Francisco Sosa, see the Capilla de Santa Catarina and continue the main street. 5. We wiil see a small gallery, some more old buildings and Capilla San Antonio de Padua (original Franciscan church). 6. We will reach El Venadito, very famous tacos de carnitas in Coyoacán to have our lunch. 7. Finally we will cross the street to reach Oasis Coyoacán shopping mall. Other things to note Mobility required as we will walk almost 1.3 miles so feel comfortable. Bring water, cap, sunglasses, umbrella and money for shopping.
