We will take you on a private ride on a small Tennessee Mountain, only 2 people at a time. We will start out the experience by getting to know the horses, with treats and brushing them. You will learn about the history of the walking horse, and what they were bred for. Known as the “ Cadillac of horses”, our gaited Tennessee Walkers/Spotted Saddle horse will take you through a private trail with a beautiful spring creek and hilly terrain. Nature at its finest! It will be about an hour and half from start to finish. Our two Australian shepherds will tag along. ****MUST have some riding experience or feel confident, our gaited horses have more go and walk faster than a trotting horse. ***210 pound weight limit * This is a campground but you DO NOT need to stop at front check in, head straight on gravel road to horse trailer in grass. *weather permitting *No Saturday rides.

Make your very own knife in our blacksmithing shop! In about 4 hours, you can create a beautiful functioning knife out of a railroad spike. Forging a knife is a unique and fun experience that anyone can do. In this completely hands-on workshop, 2-time "Forged in Fire" competitor Caleb Ledford will lead you through the knife-making process from start to finish: controlling and heating metal, forging with a hammer, grinding and beveling your blade and heat treating it. Great for individuals, couples, friends and families. Groups are also welcome. You'll work hard but feel great about what you've accomplished! If our half-day workshop isn't enough, we also offer 2, 3 and 4 day workshops for those looking for a bigger challenge or interested in growing their metalworking skills.

My studio, Art Urban, is about 5 minutes away from Downtown Nashville. I have a paint splatter room in the space, where I’ll introduce you to the most freeing paint experience of your life! BYOB Join me as we flick, fling, drop and spray paint on the canvas, walls, or wherever. You'll be provided with full body coveralls, gloves, foot covers and goggles. All painting materials are included, as well as one 16x20 canvas for each guests. Group sizes up to 50 people. Private group prices are for up to six guests.

We will drive from downtown Nashville to one of Middle Tennessee's beautiful state parks to hike gorgeous waterfalls. Our experience includes transportation for up to four from Nashville to our selected state park within 1.25 hours of Nashville. Our experience includes transportation from Nashville (downtown pickup available), entrance to the state park, and a group hike to the waterfall that I will lead. I will provide snacks and water. We will stop at a local restaurant for an on-your-own lunch break. We will hike one of the following: Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, the falls of Rock Island, or the falls of Old Stone Fort. Our overall experience will last 6-8 hours, including travel time.

First you will learn to connect to your own body through tantric techniques. Without a connection to yourself, you cannot connect to others. Then you will be taught different ways to connect to your partner physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. We will use breath, touch, movement and sound. Tantra incorporates the whole being when connecting to those around us. This can be a powerful and romantic experience for couples looking for a deeper connection. This may be the thing you need to light a spark that was lost, or turn that spark into a bonfire! At the end of the workshop you will have time to ask any questions you have about Tantra. Bringing a notebook and pen is useful so that you can take notes. I encourage all my students to practice at home. Other things to note: Please message me if you’d like to book for a large group or if you don't see a time that works for you. I will be guiding you through practices with your partner. Some hands on energy work is offered, as well as some physical adjustments as you and your partner learn the practices. You can always decline any use of touch, your boundaries are important to me.
