A morning hike to stunning city views, in a dog friendly park with our rescue dogs! Non-profit, all proceeds go to the very dogs you are walking, who are also up for adoption. We'll meet friendly people on the way and let them know about the dogs. A nice walk up hiking trails to the top of Runyon Canyon. Fantastic city views, and the perfect view of the Hollywood Sign! As you climb your way up the hill with your new pals in tow, you’ll be exercising and socializing the dogs, and letting locals know they’re up for adoption. You’ll also become a puppy paparazzi and take their photos in front of panoramic backdrops—you can even pose with them with the famous Hollywood sign behind you. Your pictures will then be used to generate interest in the rescue organization, attract potential adopters, and bring in donations that will help further care for and foster the dogs until they find their forever homes. NEW! We have added afternoon hikes Thursday through Saturday. Watch the sun set from 1000 feet above LA, amazing view as we walk down Runyon Canyon... and then you can go explore Hollywood and West Hollywood, a short walk away for an evening coffee or dinner! Prior to boarding, pose like a seasoned pro for a photo shoot with the airplane. Once you’re on board, the pilot will give you an overview of the instruments and controls. After getting clearance from the tower, you’ll taxi to the runway for takeoff. Once at cruising altitude, you’ll learn basic flying skills in the training area over the Simi Valley. Then, grab hold of the controls and feel free to move about the skies, exploring LA by air. Finally, in preparation for landing, you’ll come back down to earth at Van Nuys Airport. Other things to note IMPORTANT : This experience is currently only offered as a private experience. The guest has to book both spots on the experience and will be allowed to bring an additional guest to sit in the back seat. Only one guest will be in the front seat. Our experience will take place at my music studio in North Hollywood, where I will teach y'all the basics of drumming. I'll teach you technique, we'll talk about the history of drums and you'll learn how to play to a few songs like 'Hotel California' and 'Purple Rain' to start. This will encourage you to gain the confidence and knowledge to become the professional you seek to be. Let's get passed pushing buttons, DROP the crutches and let the music flow! I have 23+ years in the industry of DJing and passionate about sharing this world of music and its own gift it gives us both! Music consists of individual interests , lets see what we can create! Here is a brief overview of the services I will provide (but not limited too): - DJ Equipment (Setup/Breakdown/Troubleshooting gear to be prepared for any circumstance in real life situations) - Mixing (Beat Matching,Genre Crossover, Transitions, etc) - Scratching (All Levels - Basic/Int./Adv.) - Competition/Showcasing (Further your creativity and skill to be more well rounded as a DJ) - DJ Edits (using your computer and recording software to create your own tailored edit for your DJ use!) -Controllers/CDJ's (up for discussion!) Cat is international award-winning variety performer Vixen DeVille with 15 years experience in Fire Eating and Flame Manipulation. At the newly renovated Theatre 68 Arts Complex she will take you through the theory and safety precautions behind fire eating and body burning. We'll then actually light up the torches and explore this performance art fully with hand transfers, tongue transfers and of course, extinguishing the flame with your mouth. This is NOT an illusion! By the end of the session you'll be fire eating and body burning like a pro. Other things to note: Wear close-fitting clothes, sleeveless is ideal and either leggings or shorts. Flat shoes, no heels. Avoid wearing lipstick or body moisturizer & avoid use of hairspray. Long hair should be tied back.
